Career Coaching Services

I offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation where we can determine if we are a good fit for working together (vibe check!). I’ll conduct a needs assessment to better understand how I can support you. During this time I’ll complete a Career Story Worksheet that can help us center around common themes and set the goals for working together.

General Career Coaching

  • We’ll work together on professional development topics that are important and relevant to you. I can help you draft and practice that tough conversation you need to have with your boss or help you set meaningful goals with strategies for meeting them. Let’s get to it!

  • After our complimentary “Vibe Check” to make sure we are a good fit for working together, my single-session rate is $100/hour.

  • I offer packages of coaching sessions that are discounted: $350/4 sessions (one hour each)

    We’ll work on your resume during the Resume Feedback Session, and get your Customized Cover Letter Template ready to hit the pavement for those job apps. I’ll give feedback on your LinkedIn and help you set up a TealHQ account if you don’t already have one. This also includes my personal fave: the “Reverse Interview” mapping session where we can find how to showcase your greatest successes in the most applicable ways during job interviews. It’s actually fun; you’ll see!

Ongoing Support

  • If you are looking for an accountability partner and someone who will gently nudge you and keep you on track, I’m your gal. I’ll use my motivational interviewing techniques to keep things moving, gently.

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meetings:

    1 hour, package rate of 4 for $350 (savings of $50)

    Singular sessions are $100 (1 hour)
